Menu Plan For This Week


I didn't do that well keeping to last week's dinner plans which is why you see some of them repeated here.


Breakfasts
Onion bagels with cream cheese or butter
English muffins with butter, jelly, or peanut butter
Cold cereal
Banana, Peanut Butter, & Honey Wraps
Pillsbury cinnamon rolls (can lurking in fridge)
Yogurt, granola, & assorted berries


Lunches
Leftovers
Pumpkin soup
Roast beef sandwiches
Turkey sandwiches
Granola bar, string cheese, & fruit
Wheatberry salad
Scrambled eggs & bacon (G1's go to for lunch after school)

Dinners

Sunday
The "pickies" we didn't eat on Friday are being recycled in honor for tonight's Oscars

Monday
Soy sauce & garlic marinated London broil
Mashed potatoes
Brussel sprouts
Crescent rolls

Tuesday
Hamburgers
French fries
Pickles

Wednesday
Homemade Pizza/Fried dough night

Thursday
Baked brown sugar ham slices
Roasted sweet potatoes
Green beans & garlic

Friday
Breakfast for dinner:
French toast
Bacon
Diner style home fries


While it was easier for me to get this menu together than usual, I still feel very much in a "rut" recipe wise.  Last week I grabbed a few magazines from the library (Rachel Ray, Cooking Light) so hopefully I will find some new recipes/inspiration.
