Meal Plan for This Week

It's going to be an interesting week around here since we will be down to just three of us for most of the weekdays.


Breakfasts
Croissants
Lemon or Blueberry yogurt with fresh fruit
Cold cereal
Maple Apple filled muffins
English muffins with peanut butter or butter


Lunches
Leftovers
Spicy salad mix with beets, sweet onions, and gorgonzola
Grilled veggies on onion focaccia
Sushi rice balls
PB&J's
Wheat berry salad with apples and dried cranberries


Dinners

Sunday
Maple Glazed Pork Chops
Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Sauteed Broccoli with garlic

Monday
Cheeseburger Wraps
Pickles
Watermelon

Tuesday
Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, & parmesan cheese
or
Black beans and rice

Wednesday
G1 wants to cook!  She'll be making:
Teriyaki Meatball Bowls with Jasmine Rice

Thursday
Veggie Quiche
Homefries
Bacon

Friday
TBD but probably Pizza


And....that's how far I got with this week!  It's an easy and uninspired menu but, it fills the belly!
