So I messed up this morning and forgot it was Wednesday!
I ate my breakfast before I remembered.
Since I always weigh myself in the morning BEFORE eating, I refuse to get on the scale now! LOL
Things are so stressful here at the moment.
It's just best I stay off and try to remember to get on the scale next week at the right time.
